Every year, middle and high school students are invited to create a software application as part of the Congressional App Challenge. Each Member of Congress then selects a winner from their district, and all the winners gather in D.C. for a celebration.

Middle and high school students who attend a school OR live in New York's 14th Congressional District are welcome to apply.

Students may register as individuals or as teams of up to four. No more than four students are allowed to form a team.

We hope students in New York’s 14th Congressional District will consider submitting applications to future competitions to express themselves and showcase their creative abilities.
